Also called the Bullyologist, Jessica Hickman founded Bullyology® in 2017 and is the author of Bullyology: Breaking the Silence on Bullying.
She has over fifteen years’ experience as a results-driven workshop facilitator and has been running culture-focused workshops in Australia since 2013. Her unique content is licensed and sold via select third-party training organisations.
Jessica has provided training and professional talks in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. She also previously ran several highly successful training programs for the local council in the UK.
Jessica delivers programs that can be adapted to an organisation’s specific needs—putting the employer in a position to be a change-maker. Thus, helping ensure the organisation is optimally productive, legally compliant, safe and free from bullying and harassment.
She uses time-tested techniques and real-world strategies, incorporated with the latest in bullying and harassment research. Thus, giving every level of an organisation the knowledge, culture and confidence it needs to tackle a complex, health-harming global issue that can hugely impact performance and success.

Becky is a student at the Australian National University, studying English Literature and Biological Anthropology/ Evolution of Human Behaviour.
She has a passion for writing and learning about the ways in which we learn, understand and interact with one another.
Having moved from England to Australia, Becky is no stranger to change and understands how personal struggles can affect those around you.
Becky is a writer, educator and training facilitator for Bullyology. She works to inspire and encourage other students, as well as the workforce, to participate in the ‘Upstander Movement.’
Becky is enthusiastic about her position as an Upstander in the fields of mental health support and workplace growth. Further, she aims to encourage others to find their positions as Upstanders as well.
