Cost is $499 + GST per user

We will deliver your password and access directly to your inbox once you sign up. You can work through the content at your own leisure. For the best results, tackle one module or topic per week—some consist of brief 5-minute videos, while others include worksheets and reflections.

Recognising that we are all busy, we designed the course with busy people in mind.

Set aside one to two hours weekly to complete the course, though you may choose to allocate more time and finish it sooner.

We split each lesson into short pre-recorded lectures, including theory, practical application, and downloadable fact sheet suggestions.

Upon completing the course, you’ll hold a 12-month membership, allowing you unlimited access to all lessons and resources.

No background in workplace culture or leadership is needed for this course.

You don’t need a specific job title or industry expertise to be an Upstander.

After five days, we make all payments non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the full program fee, whether you complete the program or not.
